On Tuesday, October 6, 2026, the restaurant will host Meet Us at Molé: Same Table, New Familia – a community celebration to introduce its new ownership team, Sia Hemmati and Chef Daryn Garcia.
Hemmati and Garcia are two seasoned industry leaders who bring over 65 years of combined hospitality experience and a track record of managing $350 million in lifetime revenue. Their extensive backgrounds span high-volume chain operations and Michelin-caliber, James Beard Award–winning fine dining.
Hemmati also owns and operates a celebrated Miami dining institution with a 40-year history of serving the local community.
