Wellington Bay Luxury Retirement Community and Lisbet Memory Care recently marked its third anniversary with a celebration, honoring residents, staff, and founders who have been integral.
The event was a chance to get together and reflect on three years of shared memories, growth, community, and connection. The celebration kicked off on October 15 with a special anniversary dinner for Wellington Bay’s esteemed founding members.
These residents were recognized for joining the community before its completion. They committed to becoming residents based on a video rendering of the clubhouse and floorplans of the multiple 159 independent living options, including spacious, upscale apartments, garden flats and villas, as well as the 124 assisted living and memory care residences at Lisbet Health Center.
The celebration continued the next night with a larger gathering for all residents. The evening featured a dessert bar and a champagne toast offering residents the opportunity to come together and celebrate their time at Wellington Bay. Entertainment for the evening was provided by Mentalist Alan Chamo.
“Three years ago, we came together as individuals, bringing our unique experiences, wisdom, and expectations. Since then, we have created not just a community, but a family. A family where everyone feels valued and supported,” said Campus Executive Director Jay Mikosch. “We are so excited to continue building memories and a strong, active, and engaged community at Wellington Bay. Each resident and team member adds their special thread to the community, making it richer and more vibrant. We are looking forward to many more wonderful years together as a family at Wellington Bay.”
