The award was presented during the Rotary Club’s annual Awards Banquet and Installation of Officers on Saturday, June 27, held at The Wanderers Club. The event honored outgoing President Maria Fernanda Cruz for her dedicated service and celebrated the installation of incoming President Nikki Stinson by State Rep. Anne Gerwig. Ray was recognized alongside other distinguished community leaders, including Rotarians of the Year Don Gross and Chris Warren, and Frank T. Gladney Community Service Award recipient Scott Armand.
The Rookie of the Year award highlights Ray’s immediate and impactful contributions to the Rotary Club, reflecting her deep-seated passion for community engagement and service.
