The Mall at Wellington Green is turning up the volume with the grand opening of Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen, a lively new dining and entertainment destination opening this October on the mall’s upper level adjacent to Palm Beach Improv.
Copper Blues will celebrate its public grand opening on Friday, October 16, and Saturday, October 17, inviting guests to experience the new venue with live music, food, drinks and more throughout the weekend.
Combining the energy of a live music venue with a lively restaurant and bar atmosphere, Copper Blues offers guests a new place to eat, drink and enjoy live entertainment in the heart of Wellington. The spacious venue accommodates up to 275 guests, including bar and outdoor seating.
Guests can expect a menu featuring American pub favorites like the Copper Nachos and Steak Frites alongside craft cocktails including the Strawberry Fields and the Champagne Supernova to lively lineup of live music and entertainment. Copper Blues will also offer happy hour specials and plans to introduce brunch in the near future.

Located alongside the newly opened Palm Beach Improv, Copper Blues serves as the comedy club’s official bar and restaurant, creating an all-in-one destination for dinner, drinks and entertainment. Guests attending a comedy show can stop in before or after a performance, while Copper Blues will also welcome diners and music lovers independently of the Improv.
