Tulā at Amrit Ocean Resort will serve a three-course Thanksgiving feast on Thursday, November 26. Cost is $85 per adult and $40 per child (ages 12 and under), plus tax and gratuity. The meal is served family style from 5 to 10 p.m.
The meal opens with fall greens, tossed with candied pecans, roasted pumpkin, sweet corn, baby heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled shallots, and cider dressing, alongside Brussels sprouts with ponzu, golden raisins, candied almonds, Fresno chilis, pickled red onions, and Parmesan cheese.
The main course is a maple and brown sugar brined turkey, served with sage stuffing, traditional turkey gravy, cranberry and ginger sauce, butter mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, and honey glazed carrots. Vegetarian guests can choose sherry marinated maitake mushrooms with roasted endive, garlic and eggplant purée, sea beans, and saffron broth.
Dessert is pumpkin pie with sea salted caramel gelato.

Guests who prefer to celebrate at home can pick up a chef-prepared Thanksgiving feast for $480 plus tax, which feeds 8 to 10 people. The to-go feast includes fall greens, maple and brown sugar brined turkey, all six sides, and pumpkin pie with sea salted caramel gelato.
Pre-order deadline: Tuesday, November 17.
Pick-up: Thursday, November 26, from 12 to 3 p.m. at Tulā. Complimentary valet.
