She has spent her entire career focusing on education through various channels, including The Plaidcast, North America’s most listened-to horse show podcast; and by providing educational articles, grants, and experiential learning opportunities for riders of all ages and levels.

Special guest features will include…

Kelli Cruciotti- Vanderveen – one of the most formidable talents in international show jumping, known for a blend of technical precision and an innate connection with her horses. Coming from the heart of Serenity Farm, Kelli has spent her life working side-by-side with her mother, Cindy Cruciotti. Together, they have built a legacy centered on horsemanship and the pursuit of the sport’s highest levels. After a junior career that saw her win the USEF Pessoa Medal Finals and the Maclay Finals Reserve Championship, she transitioned to the jumper ring. In 2015, she became the youngest rider in history to win the prestigious Sapphire Grand Prix of Devon aboard Chamonix H. Since turning professional, Kelli has taken her talents global. Kelli won the Artisan Farms U25 Series and has had podium finishes at Spruce Meadows and across Europe. Most recently, she won the CSI4* Coca-Cola Grand Prix at Tryon and had a stellar debut at the 2019 FEI World Cup Finals. Driven by a mission to represent her country at the pinnacle of the sport, she continues to be a leading force for the next generation of American show jumping.

Michael Cruciotti – Founder, innovator, and storyteller who has spent his career bridging the worlds of sport, technology, and purpose-driven impact. He is the Founder and CEO of MAC Sports International- a marketing, media, and event production agency. Through MAC Sports, Michael has helped redefine how niche sports engage audiences, attract major brands, and tell stories that resonate outside traditional boundaries. His work spans sponsorship strategy, live event production, digital platforms, and content that connects athletes, fans, and causes. Beyond entrepreneurship, Michael’s work is deeply anchored in service and community. He is a key leader and advocate for the Kevin Babington Foundation, where he plays a central role in fundraising, marketing, and strategic storytelling in support of athletes facing spinal cord injuries and life-altering recoveries. His efforts have helped transform equestrian events into powerful platforms for awareness, compassion, and action.

The Cruciottis will be discussing their unique partnership with Windstar Cruises.

Dinette Neuteboom – Dutch-born equestrian professional, writer, and educator, and the founder of HorseGrooms—a platform dedicated to supporting and educating grooms around the world. She has worked across Europe, Argentina, the U.S., China, and New Zealand with her variety of skills in teaching, riding, grooming, and managing top hunters and show jumpers, as well as doing press work for major equestrian events. Through her work and writing, she advocates for horsemanship and helps amplify the voices of those working behind the scenes in the horse industry.
