Wellington, Florida (October 23, 2025)- As holiday festivities get their early start across the United States, Florida’s the International Polo Tour (IPT) is uplifting the spirit of giving through their continued collaboration with Web3 and digital asset platform FAIM.WORLD (https://ipt.faim.digital/) in support of 501(c)3 charitable organization We Will Survive Cancer (WWSC), a partnership determined to share the intersection between philanthropy, art, and booming new-age technology.

“Our connection with FAIM.WORLD began ahead of our recent annual Sunset Polo™ in Virginia, which we’ve held alongside WWSC for more than a decade,” explained IPT Founder and Team Captain Tareq Salahi. “Their team immediately set to work creating one-of-a-kind art that has the unique ability to be transformed into collectible, customizable mementos, with funds directly supporting a charity that is near and dear to us at IPT. We look forward to growing our partnership, especially as greater attention is placed on uplifting those in need in the coming months.”

During September’s Sunset Polo™, FAIM.WORLD’s artwork collectibles helped make polo world history, with them being a direct part of the event’s third and final match- the first-ever International Polo Tour Crypto Cup, effortlessly merging the ever-evolving world of NFT tech with the centuries-old sport. Attendees had the opportunity to purchase the collectibles live as well as have them signed by their favorite players, with contributions going to WWSC’s national and global initiatives. The Crypto Cup is set to become an event staple, with plans already in motion for its launch during next year’s invitational with Thailand.

“We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to develop artwork for such an inspirational cause, and we have been blown away by the support we have received thus far,” said FAIM.WORLD CEO Dana Farbo. “While this year’s Sunset Polo™ may be over, our dedication to IPT and WWSC is only just starting, and we are proud to continue raising funds for their mission while expanding our brand’s capabilities.”

HCA Florida Healthcare introduces Critical Patient Transport Service to Palm Beach County

IMG 002A(1) (1)

LOXAHATCHEE – October 14, 2025—HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is proud to
announce the launch of a new, fully-integrated patient transport service for its most
emergent patients being transferred to and from its facility. The comprehensive services
offers advanced life support (ALS) and critical care transport (CCT) ground ambulance
services across Palm Beach County.

This dedicated transport program is built to align state-of-the-art technology with highly
trained clinicians to facilitate the safe and seamless movement of critical patients. The
service utilizes specialized teams, including EMTs, paramedics, nurses, respiratory
therapists, and physicians, to manage the complex transport needs of adult, pediatric,
neonatal, and high-risk obstetric patients.

Revolutionary Mobile Telemedicine: A Florida First
HCA Florida Palms West Hospital has developing plans to revolutionize critical care
transport with the debut of a mobile telemedicine program—a first for the state of
Florida. This groundbreaking initiative is designed to deliver immediate, hospital-level
specialty care while patients are in transit.

The mobile critical care ambulance will function as a remote extension of the hospital’s
specialized units. The setup includes a high-resolution fish-eye camera and a suite of
advanced telemedicine equipment. Caregivers can deploy specialized devices—such
as a digital stethoscope, Doppler, and wound camera—simultaneously streaming all
patient data directly to specialists. Physicians in the hospital’s ICU, PICU, NICU, and
OB units can monitor, assess, and guide care from a dedicated console, providing the real-time clinical visibility needed to accelerate diagnosis and treatment before the patient even arrives.

State-of-the-Art Fleet The fleet of ambulances is equipped with the most innovative technology in the industry
to support this level of advanced care. Key features include: Cardiac monitors capable of invasive monitoring and treatment.
Real-time data transmission and automated vehicle locators. Video laryngoscopy for secure airway management.
Automated chest compression devices and power stretchers. “Our transport program is different by design. It’s focused on integrating advanced healthcare logistics directly into the HCA Florida Healthcare system to further fulfill our mission to care for and improve human life,” said Dr. Jason L. Kimbrell, HCA Florida Palms West Hospital chief executive officer. “For patients who need us, especially when
every second counts, this service dramatically enhances the quality of critical care they receive.”

Expanding Access and Service
Beyond serving as a vital link for critical inter-hospital transfers, the new transport
service significantly broadens HCA Florida Palms West Hospital’s reach. It will facilitate
the safe movement of patients discharging to skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and
behavioral health facilities. Additionally, the service will support transport needs for the
hospital’s new free-standing emergency room set to open in West Palm Beach next
year.

As a proven regional transfer hub, HCA Florida Palms West Hospital leads the HCA
system in Florida, receiving over 2,500 inbound patients annually, with 1,700 patients
being transferred from safety net and critical access hospitals across the region, a
testament to its mission-driven focus on increasing access to care.
“We are grateful to the Palm Beach County Commission for approving our request to
offer this essential service,” Kimbrell added. “This is a tremendous value-add for the
residents and visitors of Palm Beach County.”

The transport services will be fully operational at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital later
this month. HCA Florida Healthcare operates a similar, successful transport service
model in 17 sites across the state.

Meet the Cool Creators of The Cold Collective: The Growing Fitness-Forward Community in West Palm Beach

Screenshot 2025 10 17 185803

West Palm Beach, FL – October 2025

Born from a desire to bring people together through fitness, community, and wellness, The Cold Collective has quickly become one of South Florida’s most unique and inspiring health-focused events. Launched in January 2025 by West Palm Beach firefighter and gym owner Scott Langill, the event is an all-inclusive wellness experience designed for every age and fitness level to enjoy without the distractions of alcohol or THC products.

Screenshot 2025 10 17 183648      Pictured: Mr & Mrs. Langill

A lifelong West Palm Beach resident, Langill was inspired by the strength and resilience he observed throughout his local community. “I’ve got close friends who run amazing small businesses here in West Palm Beach,” says Langill. “I thought, why not come together to create something that celebrates health, wellness, and local connection?”

Before he knew it, The Cold Collective was born.

As the first event neared, Langill reached out to his longtime friend Victoria Vesce for support. Both a brain tumor survivor and wellness advocate, Vesce brought her passion for events and community building into the mix. Their shared vision quickly evolved into a business partnership, and by working together, The Cold Collective grew.

Screenshot 2025 10 17 183625  Pictured: Victoria Vesce

The Cold Collective stands out due to its welcoming and judgement free atmosphere. Children aged 16 and under are always free, and the events are carefully planned to accommodate beginners, fitness enthusiasts, and everyone in between. From high-energy group workouts and wellness activations to kid-friendly encounters and local vendor highlights, there truly is something for everyone.

“We aren’t just putting on fitness classes,” explained Vesce. “We’re building a community where people feel seen, encouraged, and supported on their health journey.”

A key element of the event’s success lies in its strong partnership model. Langill and Vesce carefully curate sponsors to ensure they align with The Cold Collective’s values and provide real value to all attendees. “We prioritize quality over quantity,” says Langill. “We want our partners to feel as connected to this community as we are.”

Partners of The Cold Collective enjoy exclusive access to mini facials, local vendors, and invigorating workout classes. These events offer a perfect blend of wellness and community, providing an opportunity to relax, recharge, and support local businesses at the same time. If you’re looking for a way to treat yourself while connecting with others who value health and self-care, The Cold Collective may be the perfect place for you.

As they look ahead, Langill and Vesce are focused on expanding The Cold Collective beyond West Palm Beach, exploring new cities and collaborations while keeping West Palm Beach as the home base.

Upcoming events are scheduled for November 16 and December 7, 2025 closing a powerful first year of growth, grit and community. To learn more about The Cold Collective, or the next events, visit @thecoldcollectivefl on Instagram or connect via SweatPals.

Flawless Finish Secures Vanderrest-Hayes the $10,000 ProElite Memorial Grand Prix Title

The ESP Rita & Irish Flynn Memorial opened with plenty of excitement as the Bainbridge Companies 1.40m Open Stake got underway on the derby field. Speed was abundant, but clear rounds were not, and it was Canada’s Gavin Moylan and Butterfly, owned by Imperial Equine LLC, who ultimately rose to the occasion as the only faultless pair. Fast rides from Abigail McArdle aboard Olympia Van Het Eikenhof and Ireland’s Cormac Hanley on Santiago VH Netehof kept the pressure on, but both incurred four faults to finish second and third.

Hunter riders then took their turn in the spotlight with the $1,500 USHJA National Hunter Derby, presented by Parlanti, held on the Annex Derby Field. Katherine Newman (USA) delivered two polished trips aboard Pony Lane Farm’s Everknown, scoring an 85 and 87 to clinch the win on a 172 total. Victoria Raleigh (USA) showed her depth of talent by securing both remaining podium spots, earning second with Jennifer Collman’s Won For Details on 165 and third on her own Licardo with 145.

Saturday’s competition concluded with the 1.35m Open Stake, presented by CCTV Agent, as the highlight jumper class of the day. Alannah Wagstaff (USA) piloted Mill Pond Farm Inc.’s Great Thing to victory, producing the fastest double-clear in 43.306 seconds. Abigail McArdle returned to the podium in second aboard Sweetwater Farms LLC’s Lisbeth TR with another clean round in 44.968 seconds, while Sweden’s Elin Uppling and his own Quinn VA secured third with a time of 45.02 seconds.

The $10,000 ProElite Memorial Grand Prix brought riders to the ring over a 13-effort track designed by FEI Level 3 course designer Hector J. Loyola, with a time allowed of 88 seconds. The course offered a fair but challenging test, creating a competitive atmosphere for the class.

Leading the way, Alexandra Vanderrest-Hayes (USA) produced a flawless performance aboard Eclair De L’Isle. The pair delivered a fast and efficient double-clear round, stopping the timers in 36.826 seconds to take top honors. Their precise ride set the standard for the rest of the field.

Close behind, Abigail McArdle (USA) piloted Olympia Van Het Eikenhof to another double-clear effort, finishing in 38.116 seconds to claim second place. Ecuador’s Diego Vivero also put in a polished performance with My Girl, crossing the finish line clear in 40.571 seconds to secure third and round out the podium.

This year, the Rita & Irish Flynn Memorial trophy was awarded to Juan Andres Rodriguez, recognizing him as the trainer who “best exemplifies Rita Flynn, by being courteous and prompt, and setting the example by having their clients to the ring and prepared timely, whereby helping to keep the show running smoothly.” Through his professional career, Rodriguez has emphasized training with passion and dedication, guiding his students to achieve their goals while upholding values of sportsmanship and teamwork. At Rodriguez Equestrian, his program focuses on achieving success in competition, improving skills and techniques, and fostering a strong sense of team spirit.

Next week marks the start of the ESP Fall Series, an eight-week stretch of hunter and jumper competition. Among the highlights will be ESP Pre-Charity, a CSI3* week set to attract a competitive field. Riders have just four more weeks to enjoy the atmosphere of the derby field before the series transitions back to the main showgrounds.

Habitat for Humanity Sporting Clay Tournament Raises Funds for Veterans Build 2025

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County took aim for a powerful cause at its Inaugural Sporting Clay Tournament, held Friday, September 26, 2025, at Quail Creek Sporting Ranch in Okeechobee, Florida. The sold-out event brought together supporters, business leaders, and outdoor enthusiasts for a day of friendly competition and camaraderie, all to benefit Habitat’s Veterans Build 2025 initiative.

Led by event co-chairs Carey Clarke, Anthony Nastase, Jon Raybuck, and Chad Ryan, the tournament raised vital funds to support affordable housing and critical home repairs for veterans in Palm Beach County. More than 100 shooters in teams of four joined the day, taking their best shot. After a close and lively tournament, three teams pulled ahead: Mike, Jason, Justin Howard, and Tanner from Black Diamond Contracting came in third place, Owen O’Neill, Kevin Williams, Rich Mishok, and Richard White, came in second place, and rounding out the first place team was Murray Fournie, David Martin, Bruce Armstrong, and Jim St. Claire.

Supporters enjoyed networking and connection over live music, BBQ lunch, and exclusive Habitat-branded whiskey, but Habitat’s Aim to Build served also a greater purpose. The inaugural tournament marked a new way for Habitat to engage the community in its mission to serve veterans through affordable homeownership and home repairs.

“We can’t repay the debt of service, but we can honor it,” said Julia Murphy, Chief Advancement Officer of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County. “Through Veterans Build, we’re working to ensure those who served our country have the safe, stable homes they deserve. This tournament was an incredible way for our community to come together in that spirit.”

The tournament was made possible thanks to the generous support of sponsors including: Kasper Electric/Kasper Cares (Steady Shot Sponsor); New Country 103.1 (Exclusive Radio Sponsor); 365 Data Centers, Advanced Technology Integrators, Blaze Fire and Security, Kaufman Lynn Construction, Professional Firefighters and Paramedics of Palm Beach County, Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel and Casino, and West Point Society of the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast (Lock and Load Sponsors); Tropical Springs Realty (Aim to Build Sponsor); and Magen Protective Services (Security Sponsor).

There’s still time to join the organization at Veterans Build 2025, an annual fundraiser and day of service that supports veterans through affordable homeownership, critical home repairs, and volunteer opportunities. With job sites across Palm Beach County, individuals and businesses can showcase their support for veterans and make a tangible difference.

“He asked for ‘Pimp My Ride Vibes’ and that’s when I knew things were going to get creative,” said Nikhil Khanna Ramprasad, Project Lead and Founding Principal of Khanna House Studios. Elijah had a big vision for the design. He wanted it to be loud and requested the most advanced technology. But when you are dealing with that much technology– multiple mics, interfaces, cameras, speakers, and a DJ board, the overall goal becomes making the user experience as simple, efficient, and streamlined as possible using software integration and physical hardware that don’t compromise any of the aesthetics or design.”

Khanna House Studios is a videography, podcast, and content creation studio headquartered in Wellington, Florida. The vision was brought to life by partnering with David Haye, of  M.K.D. Empire, to construct and build out the drop-down lighting features, professional soundproofing, and updated flooring to match the new aesthetics.

Desmond’s decision to build a professional-grade studio at home was driven by practicality and his passion for media. “I wanted to remove the excuses,” he explained. “If inspiration strikes at midnight, I don’t have to wait. I can sit down in my own space and start recording right away.”

Desmond’s new studio stands as a symbol of where modern media is headed: accessible, authentic, and built for connection. As content creation continues to evolve at the speed of culture, spaces like his aren’t just the future of media, they’re the new standard.
