Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 E. Atlantic Ave. in downtown Delray Beach, has introduced new September specials for fall alongside its Saigon Social offerings.
New seasonal dishes include Đo Bien Tái Chanh ($24), a Seafood Ceviche small plate with Faroe Island Salmon, Spanish Octopus, Gulf Shrimp, Yuzu Dressing, Jicama, and Yellow Chili, and Gà Xào Gung ($48) a Ginger Chicken large plate with Amish Farm Chicken Thigh, Cracked Black Pepper, Haricots Verts, Caramelized Fish Sauce, Red Onion, and Toasted Cashews.
Guests can also take advantage of Saigon Social Tuesday–Sunday from 4–7 p.m. with signature cocktails and elevated Vietnamese bites.
Le Colonial is open Sunday 4–9pm, Monday closed, Tuesday & Wednesday 4–9pm, Thursday–Saturday 4–9:30pm.
