Luxury senior living community Wellington Bay is proud to announce the appointment of Gita Anderson as their new Executive Director at Lisbet at Wellington Bay Assisted Living and Memory Care.
With a long-standing career dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors, Anderson brings a wealth of experience and a deep-seated passion for providing exceptional care and fostering vibrant communities.
Anderson joins Lisbet at Wellington Bay Assisted Living and Memory Care with more than 15 years of experience in senior living leadership roles. Her professional background includes serving as Executive Director and Operations Specialist at Wickshire Tamarac and Atria Tamarac, where she was responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and driving strong financial performance.
Prior to that, she spent years as a Memory Care Program Director and Alzheimer’s Trainer at Brookdale and Emeritus Senior Living, where she developed and implemented programs for residents with dementia, trained staff, and provided critical support to families.
In addition to her professional experience, Anderson is a State of Florida Alzheimer’s Trainer and a State of Florida ALF Core Certified Administrator. She is also affiliated with the Alzheimer’s Association – South Florida Chapter.
