Lois Spatz is a Wellington-based photographer and writer with almost two decades of experience capturing people, events, and stories rooted in connection, compassion, and community. Her work reflects a deep belief in the power of storytelling to preserve meaningful moments and honor the humanity within each subject.

In 2013, Lois founded LS PHOTOS & PR Services LLC, building a creative career centered on natural light photography and authentic, people-focused storytelling. Her background in writing informs her photographic approach, allowing her to anticipate emotion, connection, and narrative within every frame. Rather than simply documenting events, Lois strives to create imagery that feels honest, warm, and enduring.

Throughout her career, Lois has photographed and written for local and regional publications including Around Wellington, Town-Crier, Wellington The Magazine, Palms West Monthly, and the Palm Beach Post Forum. Her work spans editorial features, nonprofit initiatives, and community events, including long-standing involvement with major charitable efforts such as the Fidelity Investments Great Charity Challenge®.

Community service is central to Lois’s mission. She regularly donates her time and talents to nonprofit organizations, including Arts For Smiles and Kids Cancer Foundation, using photography as a way to bring comfort, joy, and connection to children and families facing medical challenges. Giving back is not separate from her work—it is part of its foundation.

Guided by empathy, creativity, and a deep respect for human connection, Lois continues to use her photography and writing to tell stories that matter. Whether documenting a cause, a celebration, or a quiet moment in between, her goal is always the same: to create images that reflect truth, dignity, and lasting meaning.
