The Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County has officially announced the details for The Mayors’ Ball, one of the community’s most anticipated philanthropic evenings, taking place August 29, 2026 at PGA National Resort & Spa.
This year’s event, themed Boots & Bourbon, will bring together Palm Beach County’s philanthropic, business, civic, and community leaders for an unforgettable evening celebrating compassion, resilience, and the collective power of a community coming together with purpose.
Blending refined western elegance with elevated hospitality and meaningful storytelling, the evening is designed to capture the warmth, strength, and spirit that continue to define Palm Beach County at its very best. Guests will enjoy curated dining experiences, an exclusive bourbon tasting, immersive moments including a hat pyrography station, fun photo spots, music by country music artist Jordan Oaks, and a dynamic auction experience, along with thoughtfully designed touches throughout the evening, all while supporting critical initiatives focused on housing stability and vulnerable residents across the region.
“At a time when housing instability continues to affect families, seniors, veterans, and working individuals throughout our community, this evening serves as a reminder that behind every statistic is a human being, a family, a story, and a future,” said Alexandria Ayala-Long, CEO of the Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County.
More than a fundraiser, The Mayors’ Ball has become a meaningful gathering point for individuals and organizations committed to strengthening the future of Palm Beach County through compassion, collaboration, and action.
“The Mayors’ Ball remains important because it represents something much bigger than a single evening,” added Ayala-Long. “It sparks conversation, awareness, generosity, and action — while proving year after year that meaningful change is driven not by any one individual, but by a compassionate community willing to come together and support those who need it most.”
Proceeds from Boots & Bourbon will directly support initiatives focused on housing stability, supportive services, coordinated care, and long-term solutions for vulnerable residents throughout Palm Beach County. The evening will also honor the advocates, volunteers, donors, service providers, and neighbors who continue showing up for the community every day.
This event is proudly supported by: FPL, H.E. Hill Foundation, GL Homes, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Cigna Health, Discover the Palm Beaches, Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, and Verdex Construction.
